Please have list in address format and numbered.
Addresses should appear EXACTLY as you want them to appear on each envelope, as this is how they will be written.
If inner envelope calligraphy is required, please include this information in a new column following zip code
Include at least 20% extra envelopes for additions and errors. If possible, I like to keep a handful of extras with me after completing a project in the event of last-minute changes. After invitations have gone out, I'll be happy to mail you any extras I have.
List and stationary must be received before booking is considered complete and project can begin.
If salutations (Mr./Mrs., etc.) are not specified, they will not be included.
If you need to add additional names or make changes after sending the original list, please email only the changes, not the entire list again. (This incurs an additional charge, please see below.)
Please indicate if the “G” in “Guest” and the “F” in “Family” should be capitalized.
Rush orders incur between 25%-50% fee, depending on volume of envelopes and time frame requested. Turnaround time varies on project size and calendar availability. On average, orders are considered “rush” if more than 50 envelopes are requested in 2 weeks or less.
I typically ship via USPS Priority or Priority Express (overnight), but am happy to use whatever shipping method you prefer. Please understand that all costs relating to upgraded shipping is the responsibility of the client. I will send you all the relevant information including tracking, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the items are not in my possession.
