8x10 Abstract Watercolor and Calligraphy Print- All Proceeds to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund
"No one is useless in the world that lightens the burden of another." -Charles Dickens
The images and stories coming out of Texas since Hurricane Harvey have weighed heavy on all of our hearts. After researching ways to help, I was drawn in particular to The Greater Houston Community Foundation, established by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner. The organization accepts tax-deductible flood relief donations for victims affected by the recent flood, ands"connects donors with a network of nonprofits and innovative solutions in the social sector." In other words, puts the money where it is most needed in the aftermath of this disaster.
After success with a similar series for the Madison Holleran Foundation (the prints raised over $500 for the Foundation), I decided to design another print for the sole purpose of benefitting the GHCF. It features hand-painted, abstract watercolor roses and the Dickens quote in modern calligraphy.
This exclusive design is printed on museum quality, archival .04mm thick paper with a premium matte finish.
